Meet Helen
Hi, I'm Helen.
I'm a mother of two, a creative at heart, and someone who has always been drawn to making things with my hands. Growing up in Palmerston North, I was constantly creating. Sewing, drawing, crafting and turning a blank canvas into something meaningful. I loved the process of taking an idea and bringing it to life.
But it was nature that truly stole my heart.
As a child, we spent every spare moment outdoors. Exploring, discovering and finding beauty in the world around us. When I was old enough, I'd be in the garden with Dad, playing in the compost, or tending to the flowers alongside Mum. Those moments sparked a lifelong appreciation for nature and all its colours, textures and seasons.
Today, that love finds its expression through Hellebore, creating floral artistry for weddings, celebrations and everyday moments throughout Palmerston North and the wider Manawatū.
For me, floral artistry is about more than flowers. It's about creating something beautiful from the gifts nature provides. Whether it's a bouquet, a wedding, an installation or a farewell tribute, every piece is thoughtfully crafted to reflect a moment, a memory or a story.
Nature creates the wonder. I simply gather the pieces and bring them together.
